Where in the world is Memories Galore?
Memories Galore is proud to have two stores conveniently located in the greater Richmond area ready to serve all of your scrapbooking, cardmaking and paper crafting needs. Our Brandermill store is located at 4800 Market Square Lane, Suite B (288 and 360 West/Hull Street West) in Midlothian. Our West End store is located at 3991 Deep Rock Road (West Broad Street and Gaskins Road North) in Richmond. If you can't visit us in person, our online store is always open to satisfy your shopping fixes!

What are the store hours?
Both Memories Galore stores are open seven days a week to provide our valued customers with the following convenient shopping hours:

~ Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: 11am - 6pm
~ Saturdays: 10am - 6pm
~ Sundays: 1pm - 5pm

Does Memories Galore sell gift cards?
Yes. A Memories Galore gift card makes a perfect gift for the scrapbooker in your life! Call us at 804.744.6500 ext. 1# during store hours and we will send you a gift card in any amount you desire.

Does Memories Galore have a newsletter and can I be added to the mailing list?

Does Memories Galore offer classes?

Are all of the papers sold by Memories Galore acid and lignin free?
Yes. We only stock acid and lignin free papers, cardstock stickers, chipboard, embellishments and albums. You can trust the products sold at Memories Galore to be archival safe.

Are the papers sold by Memories Galore true 12x12?
Manufacturers produce slight differences. Should you need exact information on a specific paper please e-mail us or call 804.744.6500.

What is Memories Galore's return policy?
Memories Galore may provide the purchaser of its products* a store gift card or exchange upon presentation of the purchaser’s original sales receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you do not have your receipt, your return may be eligible only for exchange if it can be validated as being purchased from Memories Galore.

For consideration, all returns must be unopened in original manufacturer’s packaging, and verified as being purchased at Memories Galore. All defective merchandise will be exchanged or a store gift card may be given, at the discretion of management. All clearance and class/crop purchases are final.

*FINAL SALE ITEMS: All book, magazine, software, cut ribbon, paper/cardstock, pen/marker, ink, paint, glitter/Stickles, stamp, die, punch, tool and stencil/template sales are final--no returns, no exceptions.
